I am an experienced educator with more than two decades of experience supporting students, teachers, and school leaders. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with individuals who are capable, motivated, and intelligent; yet they struggle with focus, organization, time management, or follow-through.
I hold advanced degrees in education and have served in a variety of leadership roles, giving me a deep understanding of both academic expectations and real-world demands. My work is grounded in research based strategies and years of hands-on experience in various educational settings.
My coaching is informed by both professional experience and personal understanding of executive function and ADHD-related challenges, allowing me to approach this work with empathy, practicality, and respect.
Through FocusED Potential, I provide individualized coaching that is strengths-based, structured, and supportive. I focus on building sustainable systems, self-awareness, and confidence so progress feels achievable, not overwhelming.
